Registration Process
- No course is considered reserved until registration is complete through our online portal Acuity Scheduling and full payment is received. Students who register for a course through the American Heart Association website will remain moved to “Pending” status until this step is complete.
Cancellations/Refunds
- There will be no refunds issued once the registration process is complete. Students can reschedule for a new course within 60 days of the original course date for a $10 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of a course start time will not be approved, and students will be required to pay the full course fee to reschedule.
Course Attendance
- Students should expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their course. Late admittance into the course will not be accepted. Students who arrived past the schedule course time will be required to reschedule.
No Call, No Show
- Any students that fail to notify SNJCPR of a cancellation or rescheduling request prior to the course, will forfeit their payment and will be required to pay full course price in order to reschedule. No additional opportunities will be given.
eCards
- Effective January, 2019, the American Heart Association has switched over to the eCard system as a way for students to obtain their course completion records. Students will have an option to print and/or email a wallet sized card and full size course completion certificate. eCards are generally issues same day, but may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received the email after 48 hours, students can also claim their eCard using the following link: https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards or email us at ecards@snjcpr.com
